The 1-2 timing of the titles sale and underground rail is deliberate. I do wonder if they are maybe planning it forward to offset any political fallout of property aquisitions to the corporate holder. With land prices dropping I'd be eyeing off the entirety of Punt Rd residents.

I don't think the concern was that he knew them, it's that his buddies just wanted to keep their kids' ersatz caregivers contraventional to BORDER FORCE LAWS, because they like her and think she's nice.
