The death penalty should be administered to all collaborators in the current system of capital - note that the capitalists themselves can live, because they are animalistic creatures who cannot rise above their basal instincts of greed and lust. Those who have educated themselves and can exist outside of capital (e.g., lawyers, accountants, consultants) have made a conscious choice to exacerbate inequality and the theft of wealth from the working class for meager material rewards. tl;dr - guillotine all big law associates

Any consideration of death penalty policy should bear in mind that current death penalty methods are inhumane in part because of efforts by anti-death penalty advocates to make other methods impossible. This is a direct parallel (I mean really direct, down to threatening airlines) to animal rights groups poo poo.

I made my submissions that this would be the case, Judge chewed me out for not talking to police first (lmao they werent going to do poo poo unless the judge ordered them) and then the police got lovely telling the judge "nuh uh, check out this footage we have". Judge said fine, see you wednesday and we will settle this. The next day police quietly released him, and the day after that I did my victory lap in court telling the judge "I believe my colleagues will be tendering no evidence to these charges" sat down and enjoyed the show. Client spent 4 nights locked up for his troubles though.

Yup, our court outcome letter included a section about how he should come speak to us about that. Despite the fact I had clients in tears, clients lie to my face and the usual public defender stuff, that win is keeping me going for a while.

So. Slightly emboldened Bc new judge, in open court, mocked/chastised that firm I hate for one of its bullshit attempts to sanction me. “Then we have (case). You had time to file nonsense and demand a hearing about certification dates. But you don’t have time to order transcripts? Please.” Counsel now on file (same firm. No mercy. Work for that psycho and you get what you deserve) wants to get a scheduling order. Me: you gonna try to sanction me too? Him: uh.... I’m new here.
