The death penalty should be administered to all collaborators in the current system of capital - note that the capitalists themselves can live, because they are animalistic creatures who cannot rise above their basal instincts of greed and lust.

Those who have educated themselves and can exist outside of capital (e.g., lawyers, accountants, consultants) have made a conscious choice to exacerbate inequality and the theft of wealth from the working class for meager material rewards.

Sorry no - actuaries are often used as a tool of manipulation by the capital class to remove promised benefits from working people.

Any consideration of death penalty policy should bear in mind that current death penalty methods are inhumane in part because of efforts by anti-death penalty advocates to make other methods impossible. “A death sentence, properly imposed, is merely a slightly premature cardiac event at a hunting lodge but with greater forewarning for the convenience of the family of the condemned for funerary planning.” We find no procedural deficiencies in this matter and therefore AFFIRM the judgment of Texas/Florida/Mississippi/Alabama.

Justice Thomas, concurring: I would also hold that a Viagra overdose is not only neither cruel nor unusual, but is, in fact, the most humane form of euthanasia when administered with a reasonable amount of coke can-themed pornographic imagery.

It technically got thrown out at the pretrial stage when the "strong prosecution case" included a video of another man doing the crime.

I made my submissions that this would be the case, Judge chewed me out for not talking to police first (lmao they werent going to do poo poo unless the judge ordered them) and then the police got lovely telling the judge "nuh uh, check out this footage we have".

Judge said fine, see you wednesday and we will settle this.

The next day police quietly released him, and the day after that I did my victory lap in court telling the judge "I believe my colleagues will be tendering no evidence to these charges" sat down and enjoyed the show.

Client spent 4 nights locked up for his troubles though.

this is not true

the vast majority of movement on death penalty methods is the state wishing to minimize the gore and horror of killing someone and turn it from a bloody spectacle into a bloodless procedure because people will not tolerate the bloody spectacle anymore

it is not hard to behead someone or to shoot them in the head or to hang them, but that's too openly brutal and not sterile enough for modern sensibilities to preserve a willingness to kill people

No, the real problem is that any just death penalty system would be too resource-intensive to deliver. It’s inhumane by its very nature.

So. Slightly emboldened Bc new judge, in open court, mocked/chastised that firm I hate for one of its bullshit attempts to sanction me. “Then we have (case). You had time to file nonsense and demand a hearing about certification dates. But you don’t have time to order transcripts? Please.”

Counsel now on file (same firm. No mercy. Work for that psycho and you get what you deserve) wants to get a scheduling order.
