There's no one I've ever met, no matter how successful they are, who hasn't said they had their failures along the way.

Top 3 Dukat moment right there.

That’s also his last actual appearance in the episode not counting Kira’s orb experience.

As part of my jumping around and watching a few random Voyager episodes I watched Before and After, Scorpion Parts 1&2, The Gift, and Year of Hell.

1. When you are selectively picking out good episodes this is actually a drat good show.

2. The fact that Year of Hell entirely avoided any discussion of how Kes had warned them about this exact situation a few months beforehand is a perfect case of how Voyager ended up overall being a frustrating show.

I always liked that they stole the MASH scene with Mulcahey holding the artery in DS9 with Bashir instructing Odo to do the same.

Right introduce the plot point that Operation Retrieve / the (attempted) assasinations surrounding the Khitomer accords were concocted by the Founders in an early attempt to disrupt any potential Alpha Quadrant competition.

They only built I think three slices of the bridge for the end of ST4, obviously 5 is full of set reuse because it was literally shooting concurrently with TNG, TUC has blatant set redressal like you mentioned; hell, the sickbay in First contact is Voyager's.

DS9 S07E22, "Tacking into the Wind": Gowron is acting like a Valiant cadet in this and the previous episode. The Federation-Klingon-Romulan Alliance is closer than ever to ending the war, so he wants all the glory for himself, sending troops into self-destructive "out-numbered a kajillion to one" battles instead of picking and choosing them. That's bound to happen when, according to Martok, political leaders can be challenged on the basis of cowardice, but not on the basis of recklessness.

Edit: Go Worf! That was a great battle scene. S07E23 is like Inception in the best way.
