I play a yearly Fallout-themed airsoft match that recently introduced Psycho as a player item. When you use it, you have invincibility as long as you can maintain one long scream or battle cry. Once you run out of breath, you drop dead on the spot. The intention is that you'll just run screaming at everyone trying to shoot you and shoot them at close range or beat them with boffer weapons while taking dozens of BBs.
