If I were to guess, I'd say Q is shutting up until after the midterms, so they can say that the entire thing was a deep state rigged election and that is why they were silenced. After all, the whole premise of Qanon is that Trump is actually, secretly, competent and in control. The only way to reconcile that with Republicans getting hit badly in the midterms, is if you pretend you've been neutralized by the deep state while that happened.
