Hit a snatch PR at 61kg x2. The 3x max was 56kg and my previous cycle topped out at 47kg x2. 61kgs basically 135lbs so remember your first 135lb bench? That's how I feel right now about snatching. Also got up to 112kg x3 on the back squat when I weigh 110kgish. Feels good exceeding my body weight for sets again. Coach asked if I was down for my first competition in Jan/Feb. Told him I'm down so long as it's not too close after the holidays. Probably start programming for that next week.

So my program (Phrak's greyskull) is 3x5+ for all mains (bench, ohp, squat, deadlift) also chinups and horizontal rows as mains FIIK why they don't count . That is, 2x5, then 5+ (amrap, at least 5 or you fail) I just did 5,5,9 on my first ever squatting 145 session. I am light headed and eating cocoa crispies which are starting to help. How do I prevent this in the future besides cocoa crispies and a regimen of salami? Edit: I also did OHP at 75 but that isn't why I am tired.
