This conspiracy started with Mueller secretly working alongside Trump, then it was floated that he wasn't, but Trump is such a strong, smart genius daddy that he was tricking Mueller into exposing the same deep state he was working for. Did the later theory overtake the former? And how's that evolved with the Jacob Wohl stuff?

The picture of a Qultist alongside Trump is a sacred object because Q posted about it being taken: And lo, when the Qultist received his copy of the photo, it had a mysterious message on the back. Im not sure how a religious person can see this poo poo and not have a serious crisis of faith. This is insane. These people are seriously one mental break away from starting to worship a confirmed 4chan basement troll. They already have holy symbols and phrases and quote their basement prophet by the verse number/post number and it's only been a year.

Both are internally inconsistent so you either must accept them on faith or reject them, at least partially. Religion you can reject partially and still have a meaningful personal relationship with God. If you partially reject Q you still have nothing because it requires that you accept it all. If a portion of it is wrong then whole thing collapses.

From what I've seen, religious people who follow Q are a specific type of Christian that has been around for a long while. They have nigh-unshakable faith in God, but are also very fast in loose in how they worship God, and are eager to accept any new lifehacks in order to worship God better. It's the same type of person that gets suckered in by hacky, exploitative Christian "mysticism", the type that says you can totally get God to personally answer all of your wishes just by praying this one weird prayer three times a day! Satan hates it! I mean, the fact that we've seen multiple "Q code" interpreters by this point is no coincidence. These people have been the target audience for Bible Code and Time-Discerning bullshit for decades now, so it makes sense that they're just applying what they had before to this new thing. Pretty soon, they'll just forget about it, move on, and get really into Blood Moon Prophecies for a few months, until the NEXT thing comes along.

Q (who has posted numerous times over the past couple of days, usually in response to Q faithful who post on Twitter, not 8chan) preaches that the way to fight the lying MSM is with memes. The effect of this is that it makes potential mini prophets out of attention-hungry pattern-spotters with a tenuous grasp of scripture, a syndrome that believers of every faith must be familiar with (and generally ignore because those sorts of people are both exhausting, and immune to argument). And you end up with stuff like this: I'm no Bible scholar nor a Christian myself, but was pretty sure that the "I sought for a man among them..." quote had been twisted in ways that would get you schooled by someone who was both of those things. And on looking it up, so it proves. The entirety of Ezekiel 22 is God ranting at the Jews for shirking their religious and social duties, being corrupt, exploiting the vulnerable, having wrongsex etc. (all equally bad, it seems) and threatening them all with fiery destruction because there isn't even one good man among them: Ezekiel 22:27-31 posted:“Her officials within her are like wolves tearing their prey, shedding blood, and destroying lives in order to make profit dishonestly. 28 Her prophets plaster for them with whitewash by seeing false visions and lying divinations, saying, ‘This is what the Lord God says,’ when the Lord has not spoken. 29 The people of the land have practiced extortion and committed robbery. They have oppressed the poor and needy and unlawfully exploited the resident alien. 30 I searched for a man among them who would repair the wall and stand in the gap before me on behalf of the land so that I might not destroy it, but I found no one. 31 So I have poured out my indignation on them and consumed them with the fire of my fury. I have brought their conduct down on their own heads.” This is the declaration of the Lord God. I guess Ezekiel 22:29 would not go down quite so well with the Q crowd.

Chick Tracks almost always change verses to suit the message of the track. Even from the KJV, they'd change something very generic such as "sinners must repent before god!" to "Homosexuals must be purged before god!".

Point being that Radiohead fans came up with a bunch of conspiracy theories to explain why a disappointing Radiohead album was only half an album and the *real* album was coming any day now!!! Conspiracy theories arise from disappointment. Trump isn't draining the swamp. He is the swamp. But rather than face up to that, there's Q to explain what's *really* going on.Carnival of Shrews posted:Q ... preaches that the way to fight the lying MSM is with memes. I looked up The King of Limbs because the post was saying it was disappointing, only to find that it was a bestseller nominated for five Grammys. This makes the Q comparison even more apt, as the album actually did really well but the crazy fans had to come up with a conspiracy to explain why it wasn't a world-shattering masterpiece that would elevate Radiohead to the status of human gods.

I never thought about that, but I agree, and it's mostly a disappointment about having to acknowledge that, yes, in fact the world is just this stupid, unpredictable, basic, mean spirited and unfair and making sense of it requires one to admit that there really is no "plan" or sense to any of it. No, the bullshit we live with and suffer under can't be driven by unfettered greed, mental illness, lies, cruelty, misplaced spiritual faith, violence, anger and simple territorial and tribal selfishness. It has to be a grand plan where "they" are responsible, executing all this horrible poo poo behind an orchestrated plan and a manufactured curtain of deception that only the smart and perceptive can detect and peer behind. To which conspiracy theories are also born out of arrogance and an overblown sense of an individual's intelligence and perception, fueled by their own insecurity and a need to appear and feel smarter and superior to the rest of those "plebes" and sheep that basically trust the news as a source of information and who accept the simplest explanations for terrible things that happen as the most likely. "Not like me, though, no sir. I see through the lies and am therefore smarter than everyone else. You dumb dumbs just can't connect the dots."
