It's worth noting that Grocket and Gamora (and Drax) are going to be boosted in the Thanos event tomorrow. Should be good times. I'm hoping to get back to Round 7 clears. We've got three slots open in Roxxon Oil right now if anyone wants in. I've got 1081 CP right now, most I've ever had by a significant margin, and I'm itchin' to pull. I want to grab a Cable cover just to roster him. His pull list comes with Archangel and dat ol' swamp rat Gambit. Is AA worth pulling for? Mine is 1/0/3 right now. I was thinking after getting Cable to burn it all on the fan favorites since I've got 9 covers on JJ already.

I think AA is considered one of the worst 5*s. Just from going what I've read. I saved up to 600 and then spent it all last week, and since then I've decided to stop hording.

I have AA champed and while he isn’t like terrible he’s just not that great. He’s a direct counter to Vulture and that’s kinda it.

Well, I decided to burn it all on fan favorites and save Cable for later. Got 2 JJ covers and also champed OML, my first 5* champ after having been playing since before there were 5 stars. Didn't get a single bonus reward from any of it. Edit: Welp, looks like I'm screwed out of PVP forever. Kinda suspected that would happen. Got one cable cover in 5 pulls but also got a LL token out of it so not a total waste. Gonna keep hoarding and should have 300 pulls saved up by the time Loki leaves.

Making things a cakewalk. Thanos is no challenge, and the other nodes I run 4RnG, Medusa and whoever is required. Takes no time at all.

i am desperately wasting all of my cp on that fan favorites draw and its gotten me another vulture and my first medusa cover so thats nice. i hope i can hit the medusa cover in the progression of the thanos event but i dont have drax so it seems like i am missing a node every other reset

Was surprisingly easy to hit 900 in the Danger Room PvP event, was planning on stopping at 575 but it's been a while since I played Cyclops and Ice-man together so I felt compelled to go on. Nightcrawler / Scarlet Witch / Prof X is some hilarious poo poo sometimes, my Purple AP was permanently at 30 for one of the fights.

It's too bad that Wiccan came out so late in the 4* release cycle because his move set is pretty good. Even undercovered and underleveled he's demolishing known beast America Chavez in this Deadpool daily challenge. But his passive requires him to tank colors which won't happen if you're in 5* territory, or even if you have 4* characters in the 300+ range.

Man, after how much of a laughable pushover Thanos was with boosted 4* Rocket&Groot, Medusa and Gamora, having to deal with Apocalypse's "can't kill me til you kill all my horsemen tiles" bullshit feels extra annoying.

C4rol, C&D, and someone is my go to. Her black countdown tile is enough to one shot him early, plus the Thanos countdowns are black, so more black getting generated by C&D helps match them away.

Using Gwenpool, Vulture, and 4Cyke. Vulture generates for the other two, plus can remove Death countdowns if the match lasts that long, while GP purple removes hard to reach tiles, can one shot early on, and Cyke can just blast the poo poo out of him with blue and red, which will help later on to weaken him.

yeah I always use 4* Cyclops and IM40 and just nuke him. Teen Jean is usually my goto for tile removal later on since she's always boosted for this event but if you just focus team up and blue/yellow there's no need to even pretend with the minigames.

I am just starting to enter into the 4* level and I was wondering what people's opinions were on when it's best to save CP vs when to gamble. Right now I am 12/13 for lady Thor so that is an obvious choice to save, but how close to full before saving to fully cover? 10/13? Or do you guys just start saving once a really good character (Vulture, Chavez, Iceman) is at least 1/1/1?

Yeah, definitely do not blow those huge wads of CP just to get a specific cover when that CP could buy six other covers on the classic legendaries banner. Especially if you're just starting to get into the 4* territory, you want to get as many covers as you can for as many different characters as you can. The more dudes you have just that one cover of, the more required nodes you'll be able to actually play instead of being locked out of in PvE, and the easier it will be to reach progression rewards for 4* covers and big wads of CP. That last Lady Thor cover in particular will come along on its own eventually, especially if you keep churning 3* Thor champion levels and getting guaranteed covers for her that way.
