For how small the Asian sizes run, it's disappointing how few items are available in XS! They always only go down to S which is just slightly oversized on me, and I'm not the right build to really lean into the oversized look.

Bummey posted:How out of touch am I with modern Lego pricing that those LEPIN sets still look ludicrously expensive? It's ridiculous how expensive LEGO is, for comparison the standard Millenium Falcon (the affordable one aimed at kids) is $150 new. The knock off is $60. The official LEGO Death Star set is $500, and is somehow aimed at kids because it's mostly a playset, the knock-off is $140. And as Fauxtool said, the largest LEGO set is the $800 USC Millenium, the knock off is $240.

On the other hand Lego (or a good knockoff) will still work and be fun in 20 years. You'll probably lose some of the fiddly bits, but you'll still have a bucket of functional blocks for the rest of your life. Not many toys can do that.

According to their suggestions "curtain blackout fabric". Most results are still curtains, but some are really heavy fabrics that will block out the light. Alternatively, you could check Amazon. There are a few fabric stores there that have excellent prices for excellent fabric. It looks like they have a decent black out fabric for 5.01/yd through prime US. You could also check there, then see if the brand names pull up any decent knock-off versions on Ali. Roc-Lon does not, but I didn't check the other brands.
