Hot tip for people wanting to try to be better but are weak and have terrible diets: Beef bullion cubes generally don't have beef in them. If you ever miss the flavour of beef, make some thick gravy and pour it on everything. Intentionally and secretly make a little bit extra so you can eat it by itself. Feel intense self-hatred, but alleviate it by telling yourself you are, in your own way, saving the planet.
