I don't know how much parent subsidy he gets, but his dad is a Chud who defends his actions on twitter, so almost certainly some. Google lists Jacob as a 'columnist' and 'hedge fund manager,' and I'm not sure how exactly he draws a salary from the latter given his record of fraud convictions.

Why is it every time I say something on twitter about like transphobia being bad (I replied to one of those linehan tweets) I come back to a half dozen notifications from screeching British pensioners calling me a sockpuppet and talking about how many followers I have. Have they literally never encountered disagreement in the real world and thus can't understand it except as a campaign of subversion and lies?

Stan always gave credit to people who worked on the comics. And marvel was the first place to publicly credit the artists, letterers, etc on the comic page. What he didn't do was share/give credit for creating the comics in the first place. Lee was the face of Marvel comics, and was happy to claim that he invented Spider-Man, The Fantastic Four and others, when that (depending on who you ask) was either completely or partially false.
