None of the information was thrown out like you originally claimed, the judge considered the danger he put innocent people in and the lengths to US had to go to to try to protect people put in danger by the leaks during the trial.

People saying that Republicans are going to react to Omar fighting the ban on hats by wearing ridiculously over-sized cowboy hats seem to be sadly overestimating Republicans, in my opinion. I figure they'll just start wearing white hoods, then claiming its racist if you point out any problems with it.
