Okay not everything but it's a Very Strong mod with a wide range of applications. Mag and Volt can both leverage their ability to generate shitloads of overshields to become Extremely Swole with it, as can Harrow. It pretty much does what you'd expect on frames that are already tanky, but the thing that makes it genuinely exciting imo is that the DR works on shields. Thus why it makes the aforementioned frames so much better.

It's great, put it on any frame that can survive more than one hit. It works on shields so frames like Harrow or Mag who can generate overshields will get a lot of EHP out of it. It's also good if you can heal, as the damage resist multiplies the effectiveness of healing. Tanky frames like Oberon, Inaros, Nidus or Valkyr become unkillable.

A goon pointed it out for eidolons, and so far it seems to be making a noticeable difference in my surviveability for frames I need to be in more often.

That only increases the resistance gain rate, not the total resistance earned. Also, please done sleep on Mag. She's so, SO useful.

Unlike all other methods, that involves shields. You get hit a bunch, you heal your health/shields and now suddenly you're invincible because you have 90% DR and a full pool of EHP.

I initially thought that Mag's magnetize bubbles did something similar, and was profoundly disappointed when it just kind of nudged them together instead of crushing them together in a massive floating ball. I really wish that Mag's bubbles were tweaked. They're still a great defensive move, since they block 100% of incoming fire, but they don't quite behave as advertised. I'd love it if it were changed, or they released a new augment that did any one of the following.
I still love using mag, and Magnetize is very useful as is, but it still feels a little anemic.

I would also REALLY like it if they gave Mag an energy generating mechanic that wasn't completely unusuable like the one she has right now. It's criminal for such an energy hungry frame to not have any energy generation. #GiveMagToPablo

Mag is my favourite to a point where I bought one of her Tennogen skins I usually end sitting inside her bubble and pulling dudes into it. One issue I have with goons always using corrosive projection (this isn't to cause a fight, it's more of a joke) is I can't win everything by just pressing 3 with Mag.

Just had a fun bounty, the game bugged out when I jumped on a k-drive, my Warframe stayed behind on the ground and I turned into an invincible hoverboard for the duration of the mission. Ignore levels, just keep throwing yourself into missions until you hit a wall, then jam more forma into your gear and Endo into your mods. Your combat effectiveness is dependant on skill and mods, not levels. There's no consequences for failure, so just keep trying.

Considering the lack of PVP, that the exploit didn't get you plat or anything you'd buy with plat (rivens,cosmetics,potatoes,etc) and the speed NSO and ESO can level you anyway.... it seems a weird thing to permaban over.

@permabans - It's a very DE move to make. That said, I don't remember anyone ever getting banned for vaultjacking or many of the older economy-altering exploits that we enjoyed back in the day. @twitchdrops - every newer player should keep brackethouse with 2 streams up in a chrome window 24/7, free potatoed nidus is HUGE because his quest is pretty cancerous to slog through if you're unlucky, and he's a top-tier frame

warframe is a f2p game and de is pretty open that there's certain concessions to be made because of that, and needing to power through leveling stuff, sometimes multiple times if you want, is part of the core 'experience' so players don't burn out after a week so it's not entirely surprising they would take such a hard stance on people deliberately going out of their way to use such a thing. i'm curious if there'll be any chances for those banned to appeal but who knows.

You do the same thing if you fire autos through power animations - I've been trying forever to get a good pic of my Mag using Pulse while firing a Dex Furis so it looks like she's starting a heist by unloading a gun into the air

So how good of a Rhino build should I have before I join y'all index runs? I pissed around in low a bit and it isn't that bad, but I am assuming you can be "okay" at the low end and "a huge loving liability" in high risk.

I'm pretty sure you can high risk index in a Rhino with just Vitality and Steel Fiber. His 2 makes him pretty invincible from the get-go and Index isn't that hard.
