Build a workshop with your starting resources, get coal and wood as priority with a few people on steel. Get the outpost up as quick as you can so you can start searching for resources

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3BwBlmzfxME yeah theres only like 4 of them but they did poo poo like flying through plane wreckage and smoke incredibly well also the new psvr redesign is a lot better cablewise. theres no more audiobox hanging off, and i just bought a 20$ case on amazon for the helmet and one attached cable. the vr box can live next to your ps4 out of the way its a much much neater setup than occulus or vive. btw ultrawings is basically psvr pilotwings and its really fun. they added in hotas support post launch too

Pretty sure I'm the only one here who plays SUPERHOT but they put out a surprise update on the 1st. No patch notes, the devs just told players to dive in. It's different in a good way.

Mobius one , fox two VR only for a few missions because they had to optimize for the ps4s hardware, since VR requires each frame to be rendered twice. New ace combat is built on the unreal 4 engine. Which means someone will mod in Vive or occulus support pretty quickly I'd bet. Shame the PC release is later than console, but I hope it's going to be as moddable on there as I suspect, port all the old games to it.

Thanks for the Frostpunk advice, y'all, but I think I'm just gonna shelf the game for later. It looks loving amazing, so I'm pretty sure I'll get back around to it. For now, I'm on a fresh start of Stardew Valley, and my god, I needed this. Figured I'd look around for a quality of life mod, as opposed to ones actually changing the mechanics and whatnot, and I found the perfect one that just gives you a tooltip on items detailing poo poo like how much you currently own (outside of inventory), whether they're seasonal, if they're part of a recipe you already know, sell value, and if they're part of a bundle. Literally the only thing I didn't like about my first Stardew Valley run was missing out on two seasonal bundles that meant I wouldn't be able to complete the community center until Summer or Fall of the second year.

Since we were talking about switch stuff earlier, after a lot of emotional conflict I decided to be super late to the party and bought one for myself as a lone Christmas present. I haven't owned a console since the PS2 though and I'm majorly lost on this topic since I barely ever play as I'm constantly traveling (hence the switch). I need the GiP Rescue Squad: What games to get right now?

There's a lot of good indie ports too on the online store for the switch: Enter the gungeon - twin stick rouge like shooter Holllowknight - good Metroidvania Sky rouge - rouge like ace combat like Stardew valley - farming sim that's enjoyable
