Ole!

I am seriously considering subbing to the RT Twitch channel just to get rid of the ads. They keep playing this one League of Legends ad that tries to convince me LoL isn't a harsh, jarring, comfortless experience I will not have it.

You should feel ashamed.
Do you have an ad blocker? I do and I've never seen ads on Twitch. It's also linked to my Amazon Prime account. That may also effect that.

I have a friend who's a major Ian MacShane fan, so I loaned that ep to him. He was hoping for maybe ONE Lovejoy reference, so he was pleasantly surprised at all the references.

Yeah, AdBlock Plus. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. When it doesn't, ouch. It feels like every five minutes or something, and that's not hyperbole sometimes.

Try Ublock Origin instead, maybe? Adblock Plus used to be good but then they sold out to allow certain ads through for money, so maybe that's why that's happening. Maybe not though - I could be very wrong about all of that.

The tools of a hero mean nothing without a solid core.

For Twitch ads also note that they're constantly trying to get them past uBlock and uBlock is constantly trying to undo it. So you could be watching fine, then reload your browser and get ads, then next time uBlock updates they're gone again.

My biggest gripe about streaming ads is that they just pop in wherever/whenever, it's so jarring. Also because on Youtube (I use the phone app so can't block ads) it'll just show at the start of a video, and then suddenly decide on a random video to show one every three minutes.

My headcanon is that Donald Pleasance is the same character in Puma Man and Warrior of the Lost World. He finally takes over the world in the future because Puma Man sucks so bad. Then Fred Williamson helps him pull one over on the Paper Chase Guy because that guy sucks so bad, too. In short, the only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to suck so bad.

Before the season was released they had a presale for DVDs/BluRays. They said people who pre-ordered would get them about 6 months after the season was released on Netflix while everyone else would have to wait 12.
