I wonder how the conspiracy theory has affected Comet Ping Pong's business. On the one hand, there have been at least two dangerous lunatics committing acts of violence there. On the other hand, it's better advertising than any amount of money could buy. I'm on the other side of the country and had zero reason to know about some random pizza place in Washington D.C., but now I want to eat lunch there if I ever ended up in the area.

If I remember right didn't the original pizza code come about from some 4chan dorks scouring the hacked Hillary campaign emails and not finding anything worth scandalizing so someone made up a joke list of "codewords" so they could at least pretend something bad was happening?
