your point is right though. Trudeau has been doing events since pretty much day 1 where he fields questions from the public. And the questioners can get pretty hostile, unhinged even, and there's hecklers. At first people found it a refreshing change from Harper who would only allow pre-approved questions but idk how much it's helping him at this point
