Shake shack maybe not, but you pay a lot for what you get. In and out? Yeah. It's literally nothing special, I can't comprehend the fandom of it. Whataburger was vastly superior.

No, it's that I'm not the one who stated the 2-5x. I was simply noting the price for the discussion.

FIFA have confirmed Infantino is going to be unopposed to lead FIFA at the next election

quote:

With FIFA President Gianni Infantino in the audience, Ceferin says UEFA is showing respect for soccer by saying it disagrees with the world soccer body’s proposal.

Infantino has spent the past year promoting the offer from private investors to revamp the Club World Cup and create a global Nations League tournament.

Ceferin has blocked the secretive plan in testy meetings of the FIFA Council, which will meet in Miami next month.

the main reason he's coming home is because Bahrain dropped the extradition charge, but hopefully that had at least something to do with the huge amount of activism for this case both here and in Thailand

It still boggles my mind that Sochi was never finished, that many people died, and the Olympics still happened in those incredibly dangerous conditions while the IOC was allowed to quash any mention of it during the games.

And yet, Qatar I still don't think will actually happen.

The head of the Football Association of Ireland apparently “loaned” the association €100k two years then tried to stop people reporting on it through a court injunction. As usual this has had the opposite effect and the government is poking around.

https://www.irishtimes.com/sport/soccer/sport-ireland-asks-fai-to-explain-100-000-loan-1.3831907

Even if it was a normal loan, it begs the question of why the association needed it in the first place under his management.
