Kennel posted:crossposting Small clarification: It's hard-capped at ~3 decisions per minute due to how it interprets data (looks at the game state every 250ms, takes ~40-60ms to think), but will absolutely make a heap of actions per decision during that time. Also all of its inputs are player-possible but not player-feasible (selecting three stalkers out of a pack to blink to safety for just one frame, but it does select them)

This one is actually pretty solid life advice, really. I mean we're all stupid because we're still stupid, hairy apes primarily ruled by our lizard brains and their basic desires. So hey, let's laugh about it; it isn't like we chose to be this way. Might as well enjoy it while it lasts. Humans are social animals and we like to gently caress so go make some friends and find somebody to bonk if you don't already have somebody.

Is that Electric Boogaloo? Technology gone too far! EDIT: It really is. I can't believe I've just recognised a 1984 movie from a single picture. I don't know whether to be impressed or appalled. Megillah Gorilla has a new favorite as of 14:22 on Feb 3, 2019 |

Megillah Gorilla posted:Is that Electric Boogaloo? I like how it turned Electric Boogaloo into the mural on the wall at your neighborhood fast casual/breakfast chain restaurant Like, the only thing that's missing are shelves on either side with old key-wind clocks and non-working 105mm cameras on them, and a surly waiter hiding her surliness with a fake smile that she's really worked on, see, even the corner of her eyes do the thing, but it's 9:37 in the morning and little Jimothan at table 11 just threw his Going Absolutely Banancakes on the floor in a fit of 3-year-old defiance and the old ladies with the tight ask-for-the-manager haircuts are chirping in aggrieved tones for more hot water for their tea so they can take up table 8 for three solid hours, and Shannon doesn't need this poo poo today, she really doesn't, so you know it's not the most genuine smile You tip big when you leave because even though no one ever came around with a refill for your coffee, no one should have to deal with this poo poo Boogaloo Mural looks down impassively

I like how when the “main” image shifts to a perspective where the license plate isn’t visible, the version spliced with the red car will implement the red car’s plate as a sort of decal on the side.

The thing I love about Ganbreeder's results is that they generally look realistic and plausible at first glance. Like you'll scroll past a randomly generated picture of a bedroom and your brain doesn't register anything being off. But after a few seconds of inspection, you notice the bed has an impossible number of posts, the windows don't have borders, and the pillows are just sort of a blend of shapes.
