dark funeral and belphegor were big names a while ago but i don't think they carry a lot of clout these days. probably try to bank on that nostalgia money.

Belphagor have a million albums and they are all decent at best and listenable at worst. Dark Funeral have 2 killer albums and the rest is liquid dogshit.

I saw Belphegor like a decade ago with Kreator, Exodus, and Warbringer. They were pretty fun if not also goofy and sorta out of place on that line-up.

Do any of you know good online resources to get posters and flags from? I lost my collection of posters and gig flyers some years back and I really want to start finding them again. I know going to shows is the easiest way to procure them, but unfortunately I don't really have time for that these days. I'm looking for primarily death metal, black metal, and classic thrash/punk if that helps any.

Besides finding flyers locally I’ve never heard of a good way to get them otherwise besides trading by mail or something. I guess there’s eBay but who knows if they’re real. I would just GIS for reasonably high res images of them and print em out.

That sounds amazing. As weird pit experiences go a couple of my favorites were the crowdsurfing trash can at a Bodom show and Spiderman going absolutely bonkers in the pit at 1349.
