I cook the potatoes and then just put them in a big pot, like a whole big bag at a time, then stick it in the fridge and whenever I feel like a potato I just grab one and eat it skin and all If I'm feeling fancy I'll dip it in sour cream as I eat it

And kind of Bahn Mi is inherently colonialist food already because the baguette was introduced by French colonists to Indochina https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=?M7X6oYg6iro

I remember back in the day when my mom put paraffin wax on jam and a few jars always grew mold anyway and we threw it out because nobody wanted to get botulism eating moldy jam.

my dad made us eat the mold and then he beat us with a belt buckle cause we watched too many cartoons.

Food! Biscuits w/ sausage gravy and a side of asparagus with hollandaise, as recommended by Willie Tomg. My girlfriend had some store-bought hollandaise lying around so I used that. It was awful. Yesterday I made this batch of white sauce enchiladas. They're not particularly white because I threw some cheese on top of 'em. TRUMP

Store bought hollandaise sucks but real hollandaise is one of the most difficult things to make. It’s one of the four mother sauces according to escoffier, and supposedly based upon the sauce that people in Holland would use to eat specifically with asparagus, but as far as I can tell they would actually just mash up a hard boiled egg with a fork and mix that with melted butter, which also work pretty well.

Yeah being lazy didn't work out for me at all in this case. The sausage gravy was outstanding though.
