Every new reveal makes the Williams look even worse e: the combination between pink, purple and dark silver actually looks pretty good. Not sure about the blue stuff. You know people say that the Honda system is screwed but I think by the rules you can’t harvest and deploy at the same time and Honda runs the Merc style split turbo setup so I don’t exactly see what the issue is with that.

It seems like they don't harvest and deploy at the same time. They switch between both on a 25ms rate. They spool up the turbo by means of MGU-K for 25ms until it reaches the maximum allowed rpms, then let it spin for another 25ms, dumping some energy back into the battery (which else would have been wasted/wouldn't have been harvested with the same efficiency), and switch that on/off during off-throttle. So the drive-train is basically in a high frequent "deploy/harvest" cycle to maximize the harvest time for the batteries...
