He usually keeps this rhetoric to the staff but a few times he's gotten into altercations with customers who've then complained to me. He almost got into a fight with a hispanic customer after saying wetbacks should be deported and sent back to mexico or something like that. I had to intervene to stop the fight from happening. I've usually settled these incidents by giving them free drink and told dale to stfu or I'm firing him. At this point though i've told dale to stop or i would fire him but he hasn't. Yesterday he told an old vietnamese man that he should stop blocking the doorway or he'd pour some agent orange in his next cocktail instead of politely asking him to move. The obvious solution is to just fire him because eventually an disgruntled employee or customer will film him and make it go viral giving the restaurant bad publicity or right some really bad reviews on yelp, trip advisor or whatever. Im fed up with dale but he's a single father who has 3 children to take care of and he's taking care of his sick mother who's financially dependent on him which is why i feel i can't fire him. He's obviously a very morally bad person but if i fire him it'll screw over the other people who depend on him. My other employees are constantly demanding i fire him but i've insisted that i can't because i don't want is kids to be screwed over.

Normal fathers care for their children and are willing to make sacrifices and take risks to help their child. The people you work with and go to school with will probably make allowances to help a kid who is suffering from severe seizures. In short, you should be forcibly sterilized to make sure you cannot create any more children to ignore and hauled into court to lose all medical power of attorney and have your child support payments increased. Yeah I had a guy I was with tell me he thought me shaving my head would be sexy (I'd already done it plenty before him) and then when I did it he didn't talk to me for two days. Way to wreck someone's self-esteem by being attracted to hair. That husband is an rear end and he probably doesn't even have a head of long glorious hair either. Also lol at the guy with the flashy tactical light getting locked in a place he was warned about getting locked into.

People who have only ever had short hair don't really realize (or care about) the amount of work and upkeep that long hair requires. Especially if you also have newborn twins. Eh, having worked a similar gig (working at, but not for Walmart/Sam's Club as a field technician) this situation would be a lot easier to end up in than you'd think. Club stores are absurdly touchy about anything being out of place/order in their shipping/receiving areas, so I would hazard a guess that leaving unsecured merchandise on the dock is a biiiiig no-no. Also, if he was done at that store odds are the next day he'd have to be at a different one, possibly very far away preventing him from returning the next morning to wrap up. And if he's just a merchandise demo agent he doesn't have any difficult to obtain skills, so he's replaceable and probably knows it. I'd ask why the closing manager didn't take more care ensuring the store was secure before locking up for the night. Usually these stores have a fairly rigid vendor sign in/out policy (walk into a store with a tool bag and a name tag and the greeter at the door will probably ask why you haven't signed in at customer service already) and it sounds like he knew there was a vendor in the store that would be working right up until closing. Guy is completely overboard with "locked in an 8x8 room for an hour and could have died" though.
