I've seen a handful of Q-specific things here in Australia but they are very rare.

American-influenced right-wing insanity is easy enough to find though.

I've intentionally looked for QAnon content in Spanish and I've only really found translations of other QAnon videos, so I think it isn't quite taking off in Spanish-speaking communities.

I've come across FDR orchestrating Pearl Harbor, but most of the conspiracy theories I've seen are just extensions of the poo poo the US and Europe have already done in Latin America so they're not really funny crazy. I'll fully admit that most of my exposure to Spanish internet comes from my family on Facebook, but a good chunk of my family is into batshit crazy conspiracy theories so I'd assume they're getting those Spanish language memes from somewhere.

Not any that I can easily find by googling or looking at Wikipedia. I'm not sure why that would be, though, because far too many of the conspiracy theories I did find were predominately American ones. I figured I'd at least encounter more from other countries, regardless of language.

e: looked a little harder, and it seems like there are a few Mexican conspiracy theories but most of them have to do with assassinations and one has to do with an island that disappeared
e2: I went looking on 8chan for Spanish boards that might have QAnon content, or for a QAnon forum or imageboard anywhere on the internet, and came back empty handed. Either the content is being shared elsewhere or is very limited.
e3: Looks like on the Q board on 8chan, there are some threads specifically for posters from different countries, even ones where English is the primary language. Germany, oddly, is the most popular second language on the board, and Spanish is behind even French in terms of post count. Someone did link out to a Spanish cars forum (???) that seems to have a thread that's more active than the one on 8chan, so it's entirely possible that foreign language QAnon followers are getting their content from places that aren't so easy to find.

I've seen a couple here in the UK since we're usually the first stop when it comes to importing American craziness to Europe. Other than that I've only seen them on Twitter and even then it's insane to see a Swede or German swearing by MAGA and stuff. They're out there but they're fringe enough to be invisible.

In the Netherlands I once parked my bike next to one covered in Pepe stickers. That was weird enough that I took a pic. Let's see if I can still find it.

It's not that shocking that Americans lead the way in stupidity, ignorance, and conspiracy theorizing. The US lionizes bigotry and actively fights against giving people decent educations, and wholeheartedly avoids teaching people to think for themselves. Though the UK seems to be following along, in their own way.

I have to admit to a kind of ignorance about Australia that means I'm ill-equipped to even joke about Australians. To me, it's a fanciful land of drop-bears and horrifying spiders where everything wants to kill you. Screws and toilets might as well turn the other way there for all I know.

The qanon podcast had a brief bit about a german dude who claims to have lost his job + friends + family because he wouldn't stop trying to redpill everyone in his life and he started a crowdfund campaign to move to the US so he can practice his beliefs without being persecuted but nobody donated. Australia is by no means perfect (there's a huge anti-vaxxer and alternative medicine movement that comes with that whole healthy living, live close to nature thing) but I've met a surprising number of farmers and outback dwellers who'll speak up for science and education.

There may actually be a lesson there that if your very way of life is marginal and depends on infrastructure and investment, you'll understand that and want people to do better. Well-off coastal-dwellers with broadband, sewage and an SUV feel they can do without expertise or learning.

The Middle East is the real world conspiracy theory champion. The US has a lot of bullshit but they don't show primetime TV drama adaptations of the Protocols of the Elders of Zion. Also like 60-70% of Egyptians think 9/11 was an inside job.
