Nah, pretty sure it's cause there's a 50/50 chance a poster will sprint in and breathlessly explain how they have no idea what's happening or who anyone is any time the story comes up in this thread.

It's kinda weird she doesn't show up with the SCH or SMN quests. Most of the other jobs that I've done bring back the old class characters some.

FactsAreUseless posted:Anyone know what chest piece Lambard wears? Garland Data claims it's the Duelist's Tabard dyed Grape Purple. It's the artifact armor you get out of the coffer from completing the level 70 job quest. Unfortunately, to make it dyeable you gotta upgrade it all the way in Eureka.

I’m not a natural cutscene skipper but I will mostly skip villain scene-chewing scenes in this game, which is a lot of them. Both of the female villains were pretty cool, but I think are the only examples of pretty cool human villains, Niddhog owns.
