Wait, Westworld is bad now? Granted I never finished the second season but... I don't know what was more dumb about the episode. Sam plopping down a copy of "A Song of Fire and Ice" or Tyrion's stories speech. Oh also, Bran with the "Why do you think I came all this way?"

Lots of new characters we don't care about, wanton slaughter of nameless hordes, and a whole divergent plotline into Shogun World that leads to...nothing. Like...that's the best we could come up with to integrate it into the story? It adds nothing to the plot except runtime and a woman with a bow and arrow. Mave's daughter could've fled there in all the chaos. Now there's a reason, and something that matters. Instead, we just got lost and stumbled into a sideshow, then dicked around for 1/5 of the season for no good reason. It's as pointless as the entire casino planet plotline in Star Wars. I remember someone ages ago said you had died so I think most of us took it as gospel since we hadn't seen you post around here much. Also The Expanse owns. Altered Carbon didn't do much for me but it was alright. The Last Kingdom on Netflix has been pretty good for the most part. It's incredibly corny sometimes but at the very least, it doesn't seem to huff it's own farts like GoT seemed to this past season.

West world 2 wasn’t great but it did have the single best episode of the series which focuses on the (previously background) Native American characters and fleshed out their whole thing. I’ll probably watch season 3 just to support Jesse.

Also thanks for rushing through the rest of the story this season so we could spend 10 minutes watching Tyrion stare at nothing or push in chairs, really added to the mise en scene

Lotta good cinematography and lighting but I agree about watching some scenes and thinking man, this is really dragged out. Feel like there could have been more story there. Overall a big wet fart. Shouldn’t have killed everyone season 2/3. Needed another season or at least four more episodes. Otherwise should have cut out a bunch of side stories/arcs from the start. Show will forever be known as really good at first, with a poo poo ending and a bad last few seasons. But what show carries the momentum to the end?
