this is in the spirit of the thread i think? a friend told me about his dad who hated incompetent bosses and refused to be promoted at one plant because the boss culture was so corrupt and useless but he hated unions because he was in one (at a different job) that was a bit corrupt itself, and he refused to participate in a work slowdown (i assume because fygm i want money now shortsighted thinking) which made him hate unions his whole life
