I learned the trick to defeating blue shells back in Double Dash on GameCube. The trick is to be so loving far ahead that a blue shell doesn't loving matter. My friends hated playing with me.

@Mustang- ok heres a list of good single player games for switch to check out that are n4b approved cadence of hyrule collecfion of mana cuphead dark souls disgaea 1/4/5 doom 1/2/3/4 enter the gungeon golf story mega man x legacy 1 (2 has all poo poo ones dont buy it) olli olli collection phoenix wright salt and sanctuary Outrun (Sega Ages) Shovel Knight Civ 6 Sky Force Reloaded Stardew Valley Tiny Metal Valkyria Chronicles 1 Wargroove Wolfenstein 1/2 Ys VIII btw i got all of these for pretty decent prices thanks to the eshop deals. they do a really decent job of swapping around all the third party games and its worth using the wishlist to keep an eye each week for stuff randomly on sale for 50 or 70% nintendo stuff never goes on sale ever though and I'll be buying the vouchers for links awakening for sure

I picked up the deluxe edition of Starlink on the Switch when it was like $30 or so, and it included all of the stuff you'd normally have to buy the toys for. Given that, it's a decent little Starfox game, but only under those conditions. Edit:  Night Trap is on the Switch and is only $6?!

The new Dragon Quest Builders 2 is a super laid back, simple action rpg with cool building elements thrown in. All the classic Dragon Quest monsters are there and you collect resources and build things in a style similar to minecraft. Despite the block aesthetic and building similarities, this game has a fully fleshed out story and is much less open world in that you basically go from quest to quest to develop islands and rescue people and gather resources to bring back to your home island. You then build up poo poo on your home island in whatever way you see fit. I've got like15 hours in the game so far and am having a blast.
