They just move in everything needed for a retail operation like overnight, then shortly after Halloween is over they just move straight back out. It seems they just target whatever empty retail space happens to be available and I'm guessing they get a short term lease for cheap.

The last 4 people I've seen leave the office by working out their notice got cake and empty words of praise that nobody believes from management. Had I not baked a caked for my inbound partner she wouldn't ha e gotten anything. They didn't even come and say empty words nobody believes.

I'm pretty sure I remember going to them back in college at least (~16-18 years ago). Wikipedia says they started in NJ so if you aren't in the northeast they may be newer in your area.
