The heightened risk of a big drive-killing 10-yarder just further punishes running. Make it 5 yards if you hold on a run.

Should a court find him in civil, which is a lower standard than criminal... they could do it... But it’s more likely they gotta pay + if he’s found guilty they’ll recoup it.
