Can I throw some rules in 4. John Dorsey will draft and acquire incredible players for your team 5. John Dorsey will butt heads with anybody who challenges him 6. John Dorsey will assemble a team that has major flaws 7. John Dorsey will then gently caress your cap up 8. Andy Reid will never win the big one because of clock management

The majority of NFL coaches would've stunted Mahomes so hard he'd have been maybe Jay Cutler under them and despite his career's longevity he wasn't good. He was a good meme. On top of the footwork stuff (which yeah he can pull off) he looked wildly overconfident with poor judgement that put up huge numbers on crap defenses. sourdough posted:One of them completed 56% of his passes and had a 1800-16-6 final year, the other had a 66% completion percentage and went for 5000-41-10, guess which was considered more raw So college stats are the predictor now? Guess the QB: 3 years over 5k yards, career 155td's and 46 picks, average completion rate of 69% Edit: ok I'll drop at this kiimo posted:Okay let's just let this go but specifically we were arguing if he'd bust not that Reid didn't have a huge part in creating the monster.

anyways, I don't think mahomes was raw coming out of college, he was a polished air raid quarterback in the vein of murray and possibly minshew, which sounds like socialism to idiots like tom coughlin. 10 OA is still a good spot to get drafted, and there was a lot of teams ahead that already had a qb, for better or worse (e.g, the jags went 10-6 and won 2 playoff games, cam, rivers). after that draft spot, do the texans take watson over mahomes? cardinals? ravens? etc. As to busting, I think with the cardinals it's more plausible that he gets kolb'd than actually sucks like skelton. But it's still busting right? Is rosen a bust for the cardinals?

I mean, fans have been having the Brady / Bill conversation for over a decade it's just one of those things. I mean we know they're inexorably linked but somehow we manage to say so many words about the symbiotic relationship between good coach and good QB Probably because the alchemy is elusive

This reads like ringing endorsements for a guy that'll hit no matter the coach? Nobody in that whole thing said he was even plug and play. Well, Brett Farve or Case Keenum it's going to be fun to watch. Worried, but less worried than KC fans? Watson also probably won't be all that good, but his floor is higher than Mahomes I'm not sure what to think of Mahomes.
