He was a good manager & promo back in the day. He's a bigot and he's outrageously out of touch and desperate for attention but then all that also applies to Russo but without the years of decent wrestling. Instead with him you get a couple of years of WWE that people remember with the warm blur of nostalgia but is actually pretty bad and often unwatchable. Cornette is embarrassed by current wrestling, Russo is embarrassed by wrestling fullstop & did as much as he could to take wrestling out of wrestling programming, so being a wrestling fan who fawns over Russo is just tragic. But in conclusion, I'd be much happier if both of them would just shut the gently caress up and vanish into obscurity never to be heard from again.
