Excuse the low quality, spotted this while stuck in traffic. Homeless person tented in front of the WeWork building in the Irish capital. Not an unusual sight, all around the offices of the financial and tech companies there's homeless living under bridges while the workers pass them by. The cranes in the background are building a hotel where social apartments were bought out and knocked down by the developer. The same hotel will rent some rooms out to the government to house homeless people because all the homes are being rented out to tourists on AirBnB.

There are ladles that "fling itself" out of bowls? How small a bowl are we talking here, any why would you need a ladle for them.

The other ladle I have is thin plastic for the bowl and metal for the handle, so it likes to escape pretty sizeable bowls

They make little wireless speakers specifically for this kinda thing, which you connect to your TV and then the speaker unit itself can sit right next to you on the table or w/e and doesn't have to be as loud plus the loudness is more localized. Techmoan did a video about one, but it's kinda expensive: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bn3hKbl9f-U I'm sure there's cheaper ones if you look around. I've been considering getting one for my mom cuz she's also slowly losing her hearing to old-ness.
