I worked at Chik Fil A and I can agree. If you can get it absurdly fresh like out of the fryer pickle just put on it then those are actually fairly decent sandwiches. Same goes for the fries. The second you let any of it sit for longer than 3 minutes it's all basically the same as if you were eating it anywhere else. I guess that's fast food in general, but I gotta say I feel like other fast food lasts longer without becoming aggressively bad.

Yeah. Even after a few minutes, if you get it out of that stupid bag, the sandwich still has some crunch and it doesn't get soggy.

Yeah, that's my feeling, especially with Bojangles. If you're in a part of the country that has them, there's a Popeyes nearby with better chicken and sides. Zaxby's is alright mainly because of the sauces, but nine times out of ten I'm happier with a Popeyes spicy 3 piece.

My go to place has been Lee's Famous Recipe Chicken. They're apparently all over Ohio and Kentucky, but I live by two of the 6 locations in Michigan. They can be a bit hit or miss depending on the time of day, but I've never seen the one on my commute not have a line around the building.

Order a white half with hot sauce Chicago style - they will lay the chicken on a base of french fries, put hot sauce on all of it, and the sauce will soak into the chicken so that it softens up the skin and soaks into the meat underneath. It's goddamn fantastic.

Bingo�..� I watched/listened to her testimony from beginning to end. Give her credit�. She was an excellent witness and was incredibly well versed with amazing recall. I just want to point out that a core aspect of the conspiracy that Trump believes is that Russia actually did nothing wrong, and that it was entirely Ukraine, they just made it look like it was Russia.

My ex was the latter, but that's because (as I suddenly discovered last night while recovering phone backups on my computer from 2016, one of which turned out to be an accidental backup she made) she's schizophrenic and believes that her constant visual and aural hallucinations are real images of angels and demons surrounding her, and she's possibly a reincarnated fallen angel and Satan is personally appearing to her in dreams to praise her and strengthen her "sight." She refuses treatment for a wide battery of mental illnesses out of fear that she'll lose her powers.

She, uh, did not tell me about all of this and was afraid that I would think she was crazy. I can't imagine why!

It's a bit of a coin flip, sexual freedom is a big part of Thelema, but it's also a belief system that can lead to self-absorption and give people justification for being absolute assholes. It really comes down to the individual (and their income; Crowley's writings vary widely in tone and can get quite expensive, so someone with access to more of his writings is going to have very different ideas than someone just reading a reprint of The Book of the Law.)

When I was in the AF 2 decades ago the Popeyes on base at Lakenheath would have a chicken cordon Bleu sandwich on special for a month or 2 during spring, kinda like McDs with the mcrib. It was 100% the best fast food sandwich I've ever had and I've never been able to find it since. I've asked at all the locations I've been to in the region and the kids working there look at me like I'm some kind of madman, it's just so frustrating.
