okay i feel odd because normally i wouldve assumed me saying i only like one specific piece of art that wouldve made people think i only like that one piece of art but now there are lots of greg horn works getting posted and maybe people thought that since i liked the one that meant i liked every picture greg horn ever made, but just to be clear i only liked how gamora looked in that one piece...

He worked really hard at it and kept pressing himself to develop his own style. His early work is mostly a direct lift of Neal Adams with a slightly more loose approach. He's a perfect example of how you have to "know the rules" first before you can break them. He does some crazy poo poo with exaggerated anatomy and stylized rendering that always seems to work and even when it doesn't entirely hit, it's still so god damned interesting to look at.

The perspective's just really wonky. Psylocke's head is drawn as if she's lying on a bed and we're looking down at her, but the "camera" of the panel is meant to be looking up at her from floor level. Also those ears do not make sense no matter how you slice it.
