How is everyone EV training? From what it looks like, the easiest way is to send them to school for a stat for a whole day with the relevant power item. That should max out that stat after 24 hours, right? I guess it is theoretically less work that grinding wild pokes for 20 minutes in US/UM per trainee.

I've just been using https://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/List_of_Pok%C3%A9mon_by_effort_value_yield to find what Pokemon in the Wild Area's have the stats I need and I just commit mass genocide to them. It usually takes like 20-30 minutes with a bracelet.

I wonder if you can game the reward by maxing out the crappier rewards in your inventory prior to entering so that it somehow becomes ineligible? Or will he still awards you say 100 poke balls if you’re at 999?

All the weather in the Wild Area today is snow for me. That seems... Strange.

Also, the little blurb in the menu is gone, along with the + map shortcut. And I'm pretty sure the available raids haven't reset since I last played yesterday, I only see two or three red towers, and that's how many I had left last night. The berries, item sparkles, and empty glowing red dens did reset though, so I could be wrong there.

If the species of both parents are the same, then the child can inherit either ball. Otherwise, the ball is determined by the parent that determines the species, which will be either the mother or the one that's not Ditto.

I think I read somewhere that the first of each month locks the entire wild area to a single weather for the day.

As for raids, I frequently start the day with only three but get the normal amount to pop after I clear those three.

So does hyper training retroactively make their stats as good as if you'd got their EVs in before levelling them or ???

I raised a jolly moxie Gyarados to 100 with exp candy after stuffing a bunch of vitamins into it and it pretty much just solos anyone who pops up on random linked battles, which is all I ever really wanted out of pvp.

Edit: google says it just modifies the IV, so I guess I still want to hatch a level 1, stuff it full of vitamins and level it and THEN hyper train to fix the bad IVs?

That kinda thing hasn't mattered for a few gens thankfully. You can even get EVs while level 100 now I think.
