Couldn't the motor and power supply be used for things? They were, like everything else in the device, insanely overengineered, and AvE bypassed all the DRM circuitry with just an on/off switch for the motor. Edit: And what kind of scrap value would you get for the amount of aluminium in one of them?

Collects money on IGG, flexible funding obviously. Expects shelters to provide cats for her. Doesn't equip the café with anything cats need. Ignores advice from experienced and competent people. Facebook drama including personal attacks on former employees and shelter volunteers. Café opens, is a slow motion train wreck. More Facebook drama. Café is forced to close. The end.

The fact that they consistently show only a very tiny part of something being printed with no visual proof that it was actually blank before the printer went over it and have some weird speed ramping and stabilizing effect going with the one time it prints an entire logo at once is very worrying.
