It's like, how much more black could this be? And the answer is none. None more black.
I'm looking for a music video that was sort of viral maybe ten or fifteen years ago. I don't remember much, but it involved people playing traditional instruments from Korea, Japan, or China (can't remember which), and the big thing was there was a blue wig that made the rounds. At least one person wore it on and off, and I think several people did.

I've been looking for this for a while.

Is this Kirsten Dunst's horrific cover of "Turning Japanese" from 2009?

Nope! I'm pretty sure it predated it, and was very different. I think it may also have been an instrumental.

There was this "almost made it" rock band in the Milwaukee area late 80's early 90's called Rotten Sneakers. They did a demo tape that was sold through The Exclusive Company. I got their CD after they changed their name to Rogue Wave, but that stupid demo tape eludes me. It was black with beat-up red converse on the cover and had like 4 songs.

Sadly, the only additional info that the tag provides is that it's track #1, and is supposedly from 2001. No album, art or other info.

It's a pretty good song, too.

No, it had been chilling in a folder that I'd saved various .mp3s to. The only idea that I have where it may have come from was an internet radio site before last.fm was a thing that trawled open directories for mp3s to play. If you liked a song that was playing, you could just click a link that would take you to the dir. It's long dead and even if I could remember what it was called, I doubt archive.org would be much help.

Nope, not even close (the video was professionally done), but I thank you for introducing me to this. It's a work of art, and I think that's Geddy Lee's uncle or something.

So I have been looking for this video FOREVER.

It was once featured on awful vision and consists of a large woman in tight red pants bending over a bed and ripping huge rear end. My best friend and I bonded over this video and I would love to find it for him. All I have is this tiny screen shot. Unfortunately the link in the screenshot does not work.

Does anyone on here have it or know where I can find it?

There was a movie or a show or something where one of the characters says something along the lines of, "Vaya con pollos. The Hispanics say that. It means, 'Go with God.'" It feels like I've made it up, but I have a friend that has also heard it somewhere and also can't remember where.

I'm looking for an old customer service training video I watched for a job back around 2007. It was called "If Looks Could Kill" It starred Richard Griffiths as a British tourist that gets murdered. Scotland Yard tries to reconstruct the events leading up to the murder by going through the customer service interactions he had leading up to his death. The problem is this video was only sold for institutional use for $999 and also the movie was remade with different actors so the version with Richard Griffiths isn't even available anymore. Also there's some other random movie that happens to have the same name.

Looks like this company made it, and they offer a free trial, so maybe ask them if they have a copy you could watch?

Although this synopsis seems to say it's suicide rather than murder - am I mixing them up?

You've done better than what I was expecting, but unfortunately the first link only has a different video from the same series and the second link says the only copy of the tape in my state is the one I know for a fact that my old job had to replace because it was worn out. That first link is interesting though because I had no idea they made so many videos and they all seem to star some famous British actor slumming it.

Yeah, I figured if they made the pseudo-sequel, then the first one might be in their archive via their trial.

I swear I remember a Coke commercial in the mid-90s that parodied Doom, where a player character tried all kinds of weapons on an enemy before finding a Coke and sharing a friendly moment with it instead.

I cannot find a trace of this, and only saw it once. I wonder if I imagined it, because it might skew a little violent for an advert.

Edit: holy poo poo, tried DuckDuckGo and found it!

I have memories of a virtual pet PC game where you took care of a dog in the late 90s/early 2000s. I think the dog was brown. There were multiple areas, but I only recall the huge garden (which was always night time/gloomy) where you could play fetch, and a bathroom where you could go give the dog a bubble bath. There was a real sinister vibe to the whole thing, similar to Courage the Cowardly dog, but it was definitely not a tie-in. It could have been an indie game.

I think there was a bone shape in the title, but I don't know what the title was. Previous searches for virtual pet games have come up only with ones that are not this.
