What about the scene where he's meeting a diplomat from Africa, and they play giant darts with native spears. I can't be sure, but someone may have used the term "spear-chucker" during that scene.

But he makes up for it in the end. The one scene that stood out for me when he escapes Buckingham Palace and goes to Burger King. Only to have his Whopper torn away. A beautiful film.

There are definitely executives who have weird ideas for rules about movies. For example, the MST3K crew have complained that when they made their movie the studio insisted that nobody wanted to see a comedy longer than 80 minutes.
