i've never quite understood, i get that the villagers in the animal crossing games are static instead of being randomly generated, but have they carried over the cast from game to game of the series while adding more, like a smash bros or a pokemon, or is each new game a new pool of villagers, like a fire emblem?

Both, I think they expand every game but most will return in each entry they have set personalities from a pool of like 8 but each character has some small quirks that makes them different Elmer is my spirit animal Also Google all your animal crossing friends

Void Destroyer 2 is a space sandbox game with actual pretty good pacing, holy poo poo like, X3 makes you take a few hours to go from barebones poo poo-tier scout ship to mostly-upgraded poo poo-tier scout ship VD2 makes you take a few hours to go from barebones poo poo-tier scout ship, to heavy gunship with fighter escort

I've got an itch to play the mass effect series again. I'll be using backwards compatibility mode on the xbone. 3 questions- I can't remember if all the unlocks are tied to save game or achievements- will I be able to stick the assault rifle skill on my adept like the good old days, or will it be back to basics? If I paid for the DLC when playing them on the 360 will they be available without having to pay again? Is it all too much effort/backwards compatability mode isn't very good, and I should just get my 360 out of the loft and use that?

I did it. I started up a Dark Souls playthrough. Using M+KB. Snagged the Demon Great Hammer so it can uselessly rattle around in my inventory until I hit 31 strength. Did the Firelink -> Burg -> Parish -> Firelink loop. Got the Fang Boar Helmet  . Ganked Lautrec the legit way. With my Club at +5 I'm all ready to call up my man Solaire so we can clobber those pesky gargoyles.
