I expect a slow bleed down for casino stocks from here on out with dead cat bounces all the way down. Once the biggest casino operator or regional casino operators start declaring bankruptcy in mid to late May/June/July, then the rest of the casino stocks will get swept up and start trading below $1. The first one to go will be $RRR, $CZR, or $PENN, likely in that order. $RRR has the most debt and is a purely regional casino operator and doesn't have as big of a credit line and is a small fish. $CZR has more wiggle room but much more debt. $PENN has less debt but more national exposure.

Thanks for the tips! I'll pick some up tomorrow if there's a bounce.

Feeling real unsure of any trades going into this close so I'm just gonna wait (famous last words)

Are you saying my Marriott puts are unlikely to be profitable/I won’t be able to exit without eating that loss, or are you saying I shouldn’t worry about short term volatility since expiration is a month out?

The latter. I also have Marriott puts, a lot of these names don't move that much past the open. So just wait for a few more days of sell off.

So maybe someone here understands hotels better than me. From a customer point of view, it seems like the three most prominent chains are MAR, HLT, and IHG. Looking at my screener, IHG volume is like 4 or 5% of either HLT or MAR. Is Holiday Inn that much more of a minor player in the sector?

I don't know how to trade those or even really look them up, they're some kind of foreign OTC that yahoo finance barfs on with no volume. Same with thinkorswim. But I appreciate the effort for finding priv. security tickers.

All I know is that MAR has a terrible debt/equity ratio.

Past couple days I have been getting dressed like I am going to work, make a bunch of noise with my keys, then go get the paper. When I come back my dog loses his drat mind. I bet you I can keep this up for weeks. Also, his shares of CHWY are doing pretty drat well.

Wait, why do people think shorting VIX is a good idea? The bill doesn't fix the problems that are about to hit the economy, it doesn't bail out the companies about to eat poo poo, and there's still, you know, an active pandemic that could stop everything for over a year and kill a few million people in the US alone.

The latter is Securitas. They bought the Pinkertons a while back and do general security poo poo. No clue on the first one

Yeah Leo is pretty great. Good size for cuddling (13 lb), very floofy and soft. Sometimes a bit too frisky though. Still healing from some bit marks on my foot when he was chasing around one of my golf clubs.

Not sure how it'll affect their stock to be honest. We're at the end of the model years, and it's not uncommon for plants to shut down around this time each year for a product change or update.

Inventory levels should be fine short to med term.

I'm more concerned about their financing arms. Auto lenders have been giving out loans like candy, and extended unemployment could hit them really hard.
