PD is usually responsible for bodies in private homes and this just extends it to public places.

“He was very angry and told me to get out," David told WISH. “I wasn’t allowed to buy anything there, not allowed to use the bathroom there. ‘Never come back. Don’t ever come back, (he said), in a very violent and hateful way.”

David said he usually stopped at the station on his way to Indianapolis, but he will not return there.

“I’ve never experienced anything like this before,” David told WISH. "Part of me is hurt and angry and saddened that people can actually behave that way to another.”

The owner of the gas station, who is of Indian descent, told the television station he was sorry the incident occurred and wants to correct the mistake.

The owner said that if social distancing allowed it, he would like to speak to the man who was targeted, WISH reported. The owner said that, being Indian, he is also an immigrant from Asia.

Martinsville Police Chief Kurt Spivey told WISH his department was told about the situation last week, and the business has been advised that discrimination is inappropriate.

"Exactly what I was told was, anyone of Chinese descent is not allowed in the store, and it was directly related to the spread of the coronavirus,” Spivey said.

The Morgan County prosecutor said anyone experiencing discrimination should contact authorities.

For 2, the answer is nobody knows, because this is the first I've heard about these stricter criteria and god only knows how to apply/prove these criteria. So I'll just assume this is bullshit that won't happen.

For 3, not in my state! They're still "waiting on guidance from the Labor Department" about how to do it, so nothing yet. I assume this "guidance" will never come.

So this bill does nothing for me. Nothing. God drat the democrats.

Hell, even the birds on my garden feeder understand it. When I first set it up there were constant squabbles over access to this new food source. Now that they're used to it always being present, they tend to sit on a nearby wall and take turns.

If your state did not do medicaid expansion you might have to worry but I don't know how many states are going to turn down free money for their local economies even if they don't consider the ramifications of everyone being homeless and starving.

For #2 here, the $600 ui bonus applies regardless of how you get approved. The 13 extra weeks is the only thing with any special criteria. If you were laid off last week, you should still get the extra $600 once accepted by the state without needing the UI period extension.
