I came to the conclusion yesterday that soaking beans is for chumps. Yeah that's right, I'm a Non-Soaker. 1. Fill pot with 3:1 ratio water:beans 3. Add bay leaves and salt 4. Bring to a boil 5. Cover and simmer for a few hours until beans soft
