it's just that cooking fun poo poo passes time and im teaching myself how to bake lots of things.

paleo cooking is "oh yeah grilled chicken and broccoli again go me. that took up like 3 minutes of my day."

of course there's all the ridiculous paleo cooking etsy pages or whatever but every one of them is complete bullshit that requires 8 separate kinds of coconut flour that all cost 25 bucks a bag.

im just generally eating far less and running more. Im buying a barbell in the next few days so we'll see what i can set up.

“But the answer to this is not an entirely natural answer,” he continued. “We've got to bring God into this. He is the answer to this. I want that message to get out. So that's why we're staying open.”
