I think I read the idea was that if you're in a certain (horizontal I would assume) distance of someone diagnosed with covid for more than 15 minutes you'd be considered potentially infected. Walking past the supermarket on the way home won't trigger it, but travelling in the same train carriage for 20minutes would.

I'd trust the meteorologists for same day for forecasting, up to about 2 days even they're pretty drat accurate. The problem is when people want forecasts a week out which is much, much less reliable.
Also, what are you spraying for? If it's weeds, boiling water from a kettle is pretty effective and doesn't care about rain (depends on how much property you've got)

It's confirmed to be bluetooth based and does not use location tracking.

There are bugger all planes flying so it's mostly just delays because of that. Options are limited to surface based transport from some countries.

I ordered some stuff from the US via Amazon a couple of weeks ago and it was a little slower but nothing too terrible. I'd imagine Amazon have more resources than most tho.

On the other hand I am waiting for my quarantinnie carton from just over an hour away and it's running about a week late.

I got some bids down on a set of oculus touch controllers because oculus stopped making them last year, I'm hoping the seller is prepared to ship them to australia though given they no longer exist I probably won't win them

I ordered a camera part a fortnight ago and just checked on the tracking, it was returned to sender yesterday. Usually never have an issue ordering off of eBay Japan.

Edit: Guess they've suspended international mail. Where else am I going to get my dumb obsolete camera parts from!

Even though Australia isn't on their list of countries they won't ship to they wouldn't ship my order so I gave up. I just wanted super cheap tamiya masking tape that over here cost 3 times as much

Depends on the country, for example I tried getting something from Germany but the seller told me they can't send it here. Auspost maintains a list.

Hmm. Doesn't look like the UK's suspended international mail, but still looks like a bit too much effort to go to for just a couple of books. I guess I'll try and stick to stores with an Aus presence for the next little while. Thanks for the help!

Get a badger patriot 105. They're really simple to work with and clean and don't have the same tiny nozzle parts that generally get broken on other brushes. I don't know what compressor to recommend since I just use my big arse 50L workshop compressor. Just make sure you get one with a tank. This one is probably fine, I dunno really: https://www.metrohobbies.com.au/col...g-tank-oil-free

I'd recomend asking in the scale modeling thread in DIY. they where super helpful when I got mine. Just keep in mind there's stacks of americans in there and they'll you to buy a badger which is an alright airbrush but isn't a cheap option in Australia.

It looks like they can be had for $150-200 though which is a decent price.

Locally Sparmax seems to be the brand of choice. The parts are more easily available for them as well. Metro Hobbies has them.

I can also personally recommend Mr Hobby airbrushes. Not sure what the availability is like locally though.
