1 year of broke rear end Fournette then figuring out the back situation again for a 5th or draft a good back day 2 and not worry about it for years.

They could definitely afford to bring in someone who can get short yardage in the middle and score touchdowns, but I thought Williams was great on those outside run plays, screens, wheel routes, etc. He's never averaged less than 4.5 ypc since joining the Chiefs. Also, I just LOVE to see a former UDFA make good.

He's a super good receiving back, absolutely carves up linebackers in the pass game, and for the Chiefs that's pretty important.

I think he was playing hurt most of the year was part of the problem and he got healthy late. It will never stop killing me that the most impressive thing in this video is Tyreek Hill starting from pretty much a full stop ~7 yards behind a Williams running at full speed on #4. He catches up to him and slows down to congratulate him before he makes it to the end zone.

Obscure to all except those well-versed in Yuuzhan Vong lore.
If the NFL has a sense of humor they would have used fictional football players as the choices for their mock draft. Like the Bengals would draft Bobby Boucher who averaged 12 sacks a game first overall.
