it's 2020, we've had the leaks, none of this requires assumption of character. We know for an absolute fact that Jewish people were subject to discrimination and victimisation by the original disciplinary panel, a collection of confirmed bigots who outright refused to investigate Ken Livingstone despite constant prompting, valuing their ability to talk poo poo about ken livingstone far higher than the safety and wellbeing of Jewish people in Britain. And I do actually think it was pretty loving bad for Corbyn to wait over a year to let seamus milne come for them with a big axe. He was unable to recognise bad faith and so made hoped to let the situation resolve itself rather than using his enormous soft power to walk in a week after the first Livingstone complaint and tell everyone to start renewing their CVs. The flaw in his thought process wasn't "I'm an anti-racist so I can't be racist now", the flaw was "My party are anti-racist so they can't possibly be deliberately inciting racial hatred to stop me nationalising trains".

You forgot to mention that head of the 'opposition' was formerly head of the crown prosecution service and was personally responsible for not charging any offers involved in any death in custody and did successfully send a lot of people to jail for minor drug offenses
