kind of but not really. the BBB is the lining of all the blood vessels in your brain rather than a doorway somewhere in your neck. so wherever you inject it there'll be a bolus of it bathing the neurons nearby (though they're probably dying rapidly due to all the tissue damage it'd cause), but it won't go anywhere. fluid in the neuronal space flows very slowly, and any that ends up in the blood won't diffuse back into neuronal space elsewhere because of the unaffected BBB in the rest of the brain. I guess you could probably inject poo poo into the cerebrospinal fluid directly, but that stuff only cycles once a day or so rather than every minute like blood, and also it would hurt like hell (essentially a lumbar puncture) and be way more vulnerable to more dangerous infection. thanks for reading my poast

the joose thread makes me not wanna gently caress with like any benzos even a little bit. every time I venture into tcc it's like 20% "gonna dose some 2c-b this weekend, any reccos on cool Netflix poo poo" and 80% people who haven't been sober for an hour in 10 years except the 10 hours they spent in the hospital on Tuesday. little too much heroin this time goons  don't eyeball your doses. ok Gotta go see my guy about getting more heroin

ur in my world now posted:the massive body count graveyard megathreads where entire pages of posters have died from the drug. tbf most goons/people that get really into drugs and die come from a background of varying levels of intense poverty, dysfunctional households, childhood trauma (sexual or otherwise), undiagnosed massive mental problems (and mental care is a joke and people are shamed for it so they seek out self-medication), and crushing hopelessness. although there are some very funny lmaos, it's also pretty sad so i have a hard time laughing at a lot of it. generally people don't get heavy into drug abuse because they read about it on the internet, they congregate it amongst fellow druggies where they feel they won't be judged. if it wasn't tcc, then it'd be bluelight or totse -- just we wouldn't;'t have the postingmines to mine for lmaos, and would be very gross to be cross-posting deathporn from places like bluelight, erowid, totse, etc but TCC makes its funny because its domestic. so on one hand it doesn't help and at this point is dead (literally and figuratively), but on the other hand it makes very sad things very funny because goons are involved.
