if you just run a second carry then Childe/Beidou works perfectly well, and in the long term it's a fun enough team that you'll likely feel rewarded for that investment. uptime is going to be the main thing you have to play around with Childe regardless of teammates

I started on a new playthrough last week and was hoping for Beidou, as she's my favorite character so far and I love how she feels to play. So far, four Ningguang and one small catgirl, and I'm running out of easy primogen dumps at my current level and the banner's ending in a week.

On the 5-star chat, while I've amassed a good collection through dolphining, I'm almost always Jean in co-op. Qiqi might be the only other healer I would consider taking into co-op generally and if I had the choice, but I haven't read enough to say. Diona and Bennett both rely on people staying in one place and Barbara's DPS is worse than Jean's. Jean can at least make a dent and if I can isolate some small enemies to toss w/o interfering with the main DPSes, can do some real damage.

I usually do this in open world or swap Xiang for C6 Ning for her sick bursts and charges. Childe's Skyward bow autos on marked targets and ranged ult are both hilarious with Venti, and setting up 50-70k vapes with melee deletes most things at WL6. Soloing the new event stage has been a breeze with these dudes. I think getting Bennet some dece artifacts is gonna be next on my farm list.

Mona's a good support unit but any gap between her and 4*s is small. The gap between Diluc/Klee/Venti and the next best units you'd run to replace them is enormous.

What if we're just starting today To buy out the shop you need to run 16 full completions of the co-op event. You generate 180 resin every day total, which is 4.5 completions. That's essentially 4 days worth (3.55, but w/e), and the event runs for, I believe, another 6 days. So, still plenty of time. If you want to be safe though start today! E: I changed all the math because apparently I'm really bad at basic division.

What if we're just starting today Event goes til December 6 , you can do 4.5 clears per day which is like 200 space rocks. It's 110 for the crown + 384 for literally every book, I think. You have absolutely more than enough time, even with 180 resin for the weekly bosses. Don't forget that battle pass completion doesn't require you to get the rewards! Pop leylines and kill flowers every day and just walk away from the lootblossom.

You should be able to easily clear out the shop tbh

There's something very weird about how the game calculates map completion%. I was at 98% in Qiongji Estuary, found 3 chests there which took me to 100%, then found another 6 chests there shortly after.

I wonder if the game (mercifully) counts a certain % as complete that is less than 100. If there's 120 chests, maybe they count 110 as complete or something so the players aren't tearing their hair out trying to find a chest that turns out to be "blow leaf pile in the grass away with anemo" or something.

Silver books are actually better value than gold if you have Xingqiu. If you don't have them then they're equal in value (ignoring the pittance of mora to upconvert them).

You should absolutely full clear this shop (minus the ore). Its an enormous value. I'm probably going to buy 50 ore for 40 resin as well but that wont be correct for some people. I have been kicked from falling star twice immediately after finishing before I can loot. Is this just something that happens or am I so bad that people are actually upset with me? If it's the latter, what should I be bringing?

Either bring something to kill stuff or a decent support. Also make sure you're properly turning in the stuff. I got kicked once cause my game glitched and I couldn't turn in properly. The only other time I got kicked was I didn't have enough big dick DPS and they were a VERY big dick DPS group but they waited for me to loot at least.

Each event clear lets you buy all books of a certain type, with 2 extra currency in change. So that's 12 clears to buy all the books and 2 more for the crown. You get 60 currency from the quests, so you only need 13 clears to buy everything that matters. Ore is whatever.

Is there an audit trail on primogems? I swear that if I turn off my PS4 with my character logged in, when I play the next day I don't get my daily 90 primos from the store thing. It thinks it already gave it to me and no amount of logging out/logging back in will convince it otherwise. Anyone else had this happen?
