I’m not cool enough to pull off any of those Ts.

Thinking about getting the BDSM one for my S/O though because it’s funny.

I'm majorly stoked some of those. Are they true to size? By measurement I'm a small, but uh, that's not usually where I live.

Smalls are normally a little tight on me but Omar's feel slightly looser.

Went and put one on just to check. Comfortably snug on my arms, an itty bitty bit tight around my armpits, form fitting but not tight on my chest, and a little loose on my abdomen. I'm 5'8", ~145lb, and my waist is ~28" (I don't know the rest of my measurements).

E: I've bought two t-shirts and a hoodie from Isuf. The hoodie is legit one of my favorite. I grew up in the tropics and spent 11 years in Florida, so I'm okay but not great with colder weather. The hoodie is thick enough that I can feel comfortable wearing it in 40+ weather.

That's why you buy 3.

Also, I PRd my Deadlift for reps (192kg x 10) which means I will need to do an AMRAP with 200kg next week.

Yay.

What PL total would I need to have to wear Raskol apparel (or any similar brand) while also being a fat rear end without it being very lame? I feel like if I'm strong enough I can put myself out as a fitness person even while I jiggle everywhere, but I don't know what the "enough" is here. 1,300?

Raskol has t-shirts that say Fat Boi, so you can just get one of those and wear it ironically/unironically.

you ever see anyone in the gym trying to do standing oblique crunches, but they hold dumbbell in each hand? Seems like that's exactly equivalent to doing it with no dumbbells at all, right? At least as far as the obliques are concerned.

No one uses 44 lbs as the weight though?

Also I’m betting your weights aren’t spot on so you probably did do 420.

Aren't 20kg plates not quite 45lb? 44.092lb, apparently.

They probably are.

Sorry man you only squatted 415.

Who knows honestly the plates aren’t regulated or anything (unless they are the high quality ones for competitions).

The ones in my gym mostly weighted slightly over 45 though for whatever reason.

I’d still count it at 420 though because ffs no one calls the bar 44lbs.

I misread your reply. I thought you said "Nobody uses 44lb weights" and missed that the other goon was lamenting the bar being 44lb.

How!

My gym, for whatever reason has imperial plates (45 lb) but metric barbells (20kg) so all my lifts end up off one pound at least by face value. Of course most of the plates aren't calibrated so who knows what the actual number is.

I could almost kinda see a use case for that to add resistance to a leg raise or toe to bar or something?

Looks real annoying to use though.

Ok that ad is dumb but!!!!

My gym has two of those and they are good. My coach was in the trial test for them before they launched and it’s a pretty good piece of equipment.

You can do kickbacks and raises really easy and with less equipment.

It’s not a bad investment for a home gym setup.
